Description

Radici is a high-quality red wine, born in 1986 from the passion and expertise of Irpinia winemakers. The grapes come from a southeast-facing vineyard, located at an altitude of 550 meters, on a clayey-calcareous soil with an abundance of stones. Vinification takes place with prolonged maceration of the skins, followed by aging in barriques and oak barrels for 30 months and maturation in the bottle for at least 40 months. Radici presents itself with an intense ruby red color, a broad and complex aroma that recalls tobacco, spices, cherry, berries, plum and balsamic notes. The taste is enveloping and elegant, with nuances of plum, bitter cherry, strawberry jam, black pepper and licorice.
