Description

The Barolo DOCG Monvigliero was presented for the first time with the 2018 vintage, it is a particularly refined wine that expresses the characteristics of the single subzones from which the grapes that compose it come. Monvigliero is among the most northern plots of the denomination, Verduno, a zone that gives the wines great expression of style, elegance and typicality. The wine has a ruby red color with garnet reflections and an intense and persistent aroma, with notes of ripe red fruit, spices, flowers and undergrowth. In the mouth it has clear and enveloping tannins with a long and pleasant finish. The Barolo DOCG Monvigliero 2018 is presented in a limited edition for the 125th anniversary of the winery. The bottle features an art label by artist Stefano Arienti.
