Description

Barolo produced in the traditional way typical of the Langhe, as can be seen from the tertiary scents, including licorice, and from the transparent and brilliant ruby red / garnet color distinctive of Barolo. The small cru is held almost entirely by Cascina Pugnane and is already one of the important crus in the toponymic maps drawn up by Ratti in the 1970s. The bouquet is complex and ample, with a youthful, fresh nose with hints of violet and undergrowth and hinted tertiary hints. The very harmonious tannins give it a nice softness and silkiness, also given by the 2018 vintage. In the mouth it confirms the freshness and elegance, combined with good enjoyment and pleasantness.
